Tracy Brown is a registered clinical counsellor (RCC) who has been practicing in the Vancouver area for the last nine years. In 2013 she took the 8 week Mindful Self-Compassion program and realized it was exactly what her perfectionist and self critical clients could benefit from. Tracy continued her training in 2014 and became an MSC teacher and a daily self compassion practicer!
Alayna Fender is an online mental health and LGBT+ advocate, as well as a trained Mindful Self-Compassion teacher. Alayna has been creating content for her Alayna Joy YouTube channel since 2012. She brings her frank and funny perspectives to a wide range of topics, including mental health, sexuality, and general wellness. When she’s not creating videos, Alayna is speaking about Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and sexuality in schools and clinics across North America.
